⚫ Imported global products: No cancellation available after the order is placed.

⚫ Imported global products: cannot be returned on demand. If the received products are not matching the order, please contact our customer care center (support@hindustanbiopharma.in) for a refund.

⚫ Our customer center has the right to ask for more details to continue the refund process.

⚫ If the buyer did not receive the shipment from the shipping company, the shipment will be cancelled after 7 days, and the buyer is not entitled to claim a refund of the shipment value.

⚫Used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

⚫ Purchase invoice is necessary for return services, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

⚫ Items must be in their original condition unchanged (such as color change or damages).

⚫ Cases where product returns aren’t accepted: Items that require special storage conditions such as cold chain medicines.
