Within 10-15 working days (Normal items) and 10-20 days (Cold chain medicines) after the payment confirmed in the company’s bank account. In special cases it will take 10-15 days (cold chain)
If the product does not match your order means the wrong product is delivered. You may return it within the 30 days after the purchase. Please contact our customer care center (support@hindustanbiopharma.in) for a refund.
Global products cannot be returned on demand. If the received products are not matching the order, please contact our customer care center (support@hindustanbiopharma.in) for a refund.
It is necessary to provide the payment invoice to complete the process of returning or exchanging the product.
As per the instructions of the Ministry of Health, each patient has left to access all the information about his/her treatment plan, including information about medications. Kindly share your prescription at the provided e-mail address prescription@hindustanbiopharma.online.
However, for the commercial orders only PO is required.
Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.
The medicines will be shipped with 50 – 70% self-life.
